We've also expanded livestock pedigree to track additional generations, and upgraded inventory lots to include QR tracking codes for easier traceability and storage access. Let's take a look!
Market Updates
There are four new market enhancements this month.
- You can now create volume pricing tiers, helping you provide discounts to your customers for buying in bulk. This can be used to offer a lower price per item based on the quantity your customer purchases.
- You'll be able to set your products to automatically move to Back Ordered Status when they sell out. This retains their display in your online store even though they do not have currently available inventory and cannot be purchased.
- There is a new field for secondary email address on all contact records, which helps you CC an additional recipient when sending invoices and receipts. This additional email is automatically copied when sending these documents, so looping in your customer's accounting department just got much easier.
- Orders can now be set to an On Hold status, helping you track sales that might be delayed for various reasons. These orders are automatically excluded from your delivery and pickup reports, but easily accessible from the main orders page.
Crop Updates
- Bulk Actions are now available for Grow locations. You can select multiple grow locations to apply treatments and nutrients, take notes or add tasks, and record accounting transactions.
- Grow locations can now be marked as inactive status, which prevents them from showing when creating new plantings or associating records with tasks, transactions, etc. This status retains their history which always be reactivated.
- You can now connect task templates and template series to a crop type. You'll connect them to the crop type itself so the next time you create a planting the tasks will also be automatically created.
- The soil sample form has been updated to include fields to track nitrate and sulfate. These are in addition to the existing fields, and are also included in your reports.
Other Updates
- Genealogy charts on animal records have been extended to eight generations. This can help you get more details out of the recent feature for the coefficient of inbreeding.
- You can now print QR codes for individual lots. This gives you the ability to scan and access the lot directly without having to look through all of your lots of that item.
- Additional improvements have been applied to updating your Farm Map, helping you more easily select and adjust your areas. You no longer need to filter to move your areas, they'll automatically do this for you to improve the experience. You'll also find a new clickable index of your mapped areas, helping you find and zoom directly to the area you are looking for.
