How do I change my contact email?

Did you recently get an new email address? Perhaps your farm is growing in size, and you've now bought a domain for your business and want a professional email address associated with it. Or maybe you've just grown tired of that old AOL or Yahoo! address you created in 2002, and it's time for a change! 

Keeping you email up to date can help you with multiple aspects of Farmbrite. 

  1. Your login is connected to this email address, so you can update it to access Farmbrite with a new email. 
  2. You'll receive your email notifications at this email address. This could be for things like task assignments and low inventory notifications. 
  3. When you submit a support ticket to the Farmbrite Customer Success team, you'll receive our replies at your new email address. 
  4. Farmbrite sends out monthly What's New email campaigns, informing you about updates and changes we've made to improve the software. Keeping your email updated ensures you will continue to receive these helpful emails. 
  5. Farmbrite also sends out yearly surveys, and updating your email address will make sure that you get these emails and can participate. 

To update your email in the system, just click your User Icon in the upper right, and then select Your Profile. From there, you can change your email address. Be sure to save record the changes. 

Updating your Primary Contact Email (As an Administrator)

Beyond the user login emails referenced above, there is also another email address that is used specifically as a contact for your Farmbrite account overall. This is located in your Settings. We will use the primary contact email to get in touch with you for billing and subscription related inquiries. If you are the administrator of the Farmbrite account, you'll want to make sure this contact email address is current as well.
