After you have created a warehouse, you can then work with it to store inventory items. You'll have an easy dashboard to see all of your warehouses and what they can store, where you can search and filter them, and then edit or update them to make changes. Adding, transferring, and removing inventory is simple and can be accomplished in each individual warehouse record. You can map your warehouse so you know where it is geographically located, and view a history for what has been stored there in the past. You'll also be able to archive them if you no longer use them but want to retain their past history.
Viewing, Searching, and Filtering Warehouses
Navigate to Resources>Warehouses from the manu menu, and you'll see a list of all of your warehouses. Their filtered storage categories are displayed so you know what they can store, along with the number of bins/sublocations for the warehouse as well. You can use the search bar to find specific warehouses by name, of set a filter to see warehouses based on name, ID, category, or archived status.

Editing and Archiving Warehouses
You can always make changes to the warehouse name, ID, capacity and filtering, or status by editing the warehouse record. Just choose your warehouse and click Edit. Make any changes you need, and then save. This is also where you can mark a warehouse as archived; selecting that option will remove the warehouse from the default dashboard list, no longer offer it in the storage location options when adding items to inventory, and remove it from reports.

Adding Bins
You can optionally define the bins in your warehouses if you'd like to create sublocations for storage. You don't necessarily need to think of this as a physical "bin". It could be a cabinet within the warehouse, a shelf within a cabinet, a section of a freezer, and so on. It is entirely up to you; you can create whatever main and sub locations you need to best organize your inventory.

Adding, Removing, and Viewing Current Inventory
There are multiple ways for you to add and remove inventory from your warehouse, and see what is currently stored there.
- As you harvest from a crop or animal - You can select what item you need and where to store it when you create the harvest.
- From the item itself - You can select to add or remove from the inventory item record.
- When you use it for a treatment, feeding, breeding, input, or equipment service- Many types of records are connected with inventory, so you can track what you used when creating other types of records in Farmbrite.
- Through QuickAdd - Using the green plus icon in the app lets you add or remove from any item and location.
- Directly from the warehouse itself - You can see what items and quantity are stored in this warehouse and add or remove from them here. If tracked in separate bins, each pin and it's contents will be shown, and can be added to directly from here too. Don't forget that filtering your warehouses limits the items that can be stored there.

Viewing Warehouse History
You can see what has been added or removed from a warehouse by accessing it's history. This compiles a full log of additions and reductions over time, helping you keep track of what was added or used, and when.

Mapping your Warehouse
You can also add you storage locations to the map if you would like a visual/aerial view of where they are located on your farm.

Warehouse and Storage Reports
You can also run reports to see your inventory storage history and a summary of your inventory by location. Just navigate to Reports>Standard reports, and select the Resources tab. There are two warehouse specific reports available.
- Inventory Summary by Location - This location based report show you all of your warehouses, and what you have stored in each.
- Location Inventory History - This log compiles all the additions and reductions across all your warehouses and groups them by location.
