If you have created your grow location using the "Planted in Beds" format, you might need to make changes to the size or names of the beds. Maybe not all of your beds were the same size that you provided when you created the grow location, or maybe you would like to call them something different than the standard "Bed 01". You can easily do this from the grow location plantings list! Just navigate to the grow location and you'll see the option to Edit Bed in the actions menu for each one.
The first thing you might change is the name. Maybe you want to call the bed something like Tomato Bed, Southwest Bed, or Tray 5. This will change the name throughout the system and help you make this more unique for your operation.
You can also edit the dimensions. When you created the grow location you specified the general size that applies to all beds, but if you have some that are different sizes you can update them this way. Note that the size you define here will override the size that is defined in the mapped area if you mapped your bed. This helps you add the exact measurements even if your map is slightly off.
Once you have made the changes, be sure to save.
Also, be aware that you can drag and drop the beds to reorder them on this page. In our example below we are moving Pepper Bed A below Tomato Bed B to more cleanly organize the beds by type.
