The United States, along with other countries, have export control and economic sanction regulations in place that prohibit the export of certain goods and services, which means that Farmbrite is not currently able to provide access to its platform to individuals and companies located in the following embargoed countries and regions:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine
United States government sanctions are financial and trade restrictions imposed against individuals, entities, and jurisdictions whose actions contradict U.S. foreign policy or national security goals. Financial sanctions are primarily administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), while export controls are primarily administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).

If your farm/business is located in one of the countries listed above, we are not allowed to make our platform or services available to you and your ability to download, access, or use Farmbrite's platform is restricted.
