The main Equipment page is where you can easily find and access all of your equipment. On this page you will find the following:
- A grid listing all of your equipment
- Add New Equipment Button
Click the “Add New Equipment” button to add a new item.
Finding your Equipment
You can easily search for any of your equipment using the search bar located on the top right of the equipment list. The search bar will search for equipment based on their Name, Model, or the Type, as well as any reference to that phrase or term in notes. Simply type in your search criteria and hit enter, to search.
Grid of Equipment
You will see all of your equipment listed in a grid on the main Equipment page. Each Equipment shows a thumbnail (if available), Name, Type, Brand, Model, and actions (edit and delete).
You can sort the items in the grid by clicking on any of the column headers. An arrow next to the column header indicates that column is being sorted and in what direction the data is ordered.
Click on the name of the equipment to view or edit it.
Click on the Red “X” in the right actions column to delete the equipment from Farmbrite. Note: Deleted records cannot be recovered.
If you have more than one page of equipment, you may need to page through the list to find the one your looking for. Use the paging buttons at the bottom right of the gird to move between pages of equipment.
The Details Page
This page is an overview of the item. Enter details such as Type, Model, Serial number, Type of engine or transmission. Track the primary contact (sales or maintenance), mileage and usage, service manuals, purchase date, license plate numbers, detailed description of the item.
There is a QR code (shown in the top right hand corner) that you can use to make quick notes.
Track to do items, tasks or important dates associated with specific equipment on the calendar page. This will merge into the master calendar.
Enter detailed notes about your item here or something that was done or needs to be done with the item. You can add the date, category and keywords. The notes can be added to the master calendar as well as assigned to another user.
You can also print out the QR code (shown in the top right hand corner) and put the QR code by the item. Use your phone to scan and make quick notes in the field.
Record service records here for many types of maintenance options. Enter the current hours on the equipment/vehicle and the date the service was performed. Also, you are able to enter any notes (who performed the service) and add it to your calendar as a record.
Add a number of images of your piece of equipment. Depending on your plan type you will be able to add more images.
Store files such as maintenance receipts or bill of sale.
