The Farmbrite Market is designed to showcase your products in an online store. You can take orders and process payments online, or work with your customers in other ways and process manual orders. The Market is divided into multiple sections. The Products section of your Farmbrite Market is where you'll set up the items you have for sale. This could be anything - produce, meat, dairy products, baked goods, herbs and spices, wool and fiber, CSA shares and memberships, and so much more. Your options are basically limitless! The Farmbrite Online Store section is an online storefront hosted by Farmbrite that let's you sell your farm products. It can be used by your customers to order items from the internet, or also used by your and your staff to sell items at events like a farmers market. With integrated online credit card processing through Stripe, it's easier than ever to serve your customers and expand your brand. After setting up your products and configuring your online store, the next section of your Farmbrite Market to learn about is Orders. This tab houses all of your past orders and gives you the ability to create new ones manually. You'll also make updates to your orders here as they progress through your process. You can pick them from your inventory, add shipping fees or discounts, and update them when they have been shipped, delivered, or paid for. You can also send invoices for orders due or print receipts for orders already paid for.

Online Store

Want to sell your goods online? Farmbrite offers an online store that your customers can access to browse and purchase your products. You'll first set up the store with a logo and background image, and additional contact details and instructions for your customers under your Store Settings. You can also choose what payment methods you'd like to accept, like cash, check, or online credit card payments through Stripe. You can also optionally set up taxes and promo discount codes if you accept online payments as well. You'll then customize your store URL, and open your shop! You can also choose what products are available online, and how many you have for sale. Beyond that, your customers can then browse your store, selecting categories and viewing products and additional details.

Orders

The Orders section is where you can see orders that were generated from your online store, and those that you create manually. An order shows you what products a customer orders, how it is being delivered, what payment method they used, and much more. If you get a phone call and need to add an order, you can navigate here and add a new one, including all of the customer contact information and credit card details. You'll add the products to orders, and then add any taxes, shipping, and discounts as well. You can pick orders from this section as well, integrated your products with your inventory to reduce your quantity on hand when you process an order. The picking can also trace back to a specific lot and harvest, helping you maintain a traceability connection between your inventory and sales. You can also email receipts and invoices for orders so you customers can pay online and have a reference for their purchase.
