Adding a feed expense
You may want to record a feed expense for a specific animal, herd or flock. To do this follow these directions:
1.) Go to the accounting tab
2.) Click the green " New Transaction" button.
3.) Enter the information
4.) Enter a Keyword that details a specific animal, herd or flock.
5.) Enter even more information in the Description if needed.
6.) Click the green "Save transaction" button.
Searching for your keyword
The keyword search is helpful when you are sorting data later. Then you can search for and sort these keywords and find your data easily.
Pay attention to the year that you have your searches sorted in.
For more detailed reporting you can create a custom report with the data you need.
